Just received the following tip
on Agent Cody Banks 2 " We went to Black
Park- Slough today and saw lots
of trailers and people
setting up in the park with signs for "Kamp Woody"
We were a bit unsure
what was going on, but i saw a badge in the windscreen
of a car parked on
set with Cody Banks II. They had just set up so i'm pretty
sure they will be
filming there today and in in the next few days" Thanks

4th July 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
Just received the following
update on the Agent Cody Banks 2 filming "All I can say is that filiming
is taking place in London, England. I passed all the filiming trailers, vehicles,
lighting, catering wagons etc... You name it, it's here in West London. A private
coach with a MGM sticker featuring Cody Banks II was parked outside the Athenaeum
Club today. Not sure for how long but for the past few days they've been parked
up outside near where I work." Thanks to Lynda, all we need now is pics! Thursday
3rd July 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
Frankie Muniz has been talking
about Agent Cody Banks 2 "We found out that a lot of people wanted more comedy,
a lot more comedy. [And] better gadgets, a lot more action, a different location.
We're making it as if it's a brand new movie, [just] with the same name and me
as Cody Banks. ['Agent
Cody Banks 2'] starts where [I'm] in this camp being trained by this guy Diaz,
who works for the CIA, Diaz ends up stealing this mind-control device. And he
wants me to help him get away with it, saying it's a drill. So I help him get
away with it. And the director comes and I'm like, 'So, I passed my mission, right?'
... So I come here to London [to catch Diaz]. ... And I join this youth orchestra,
although my character can't really play. And I'm spying around."

Frankie Muniz
has been talking about filming Agent Cody Banks 2 in London ""Thank
goodness there are plenty of McDonald's and KFCs here--otherwise I'd starve. I'm
living very near all the cool car dealerships [on Park Lane] and I keep walking
by the McLaren dealership, but I haven't gone in because I promised my business
manager I would not buy another car. ... Plus, Mc-Larens cost about a million
dollars apiece-- that's over my budget anyway."

update on the Hannah Spearitt starring in Agent Cody Banks 2 rumour "apparently
she was filming in piccadily circus earlier in the week and then milton keynes

Thursday 15th June 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
Former S Club &
pop moppit (or is that muppet?) Hannah Spearitt has been signed up for the lead
female role in Agent Cody Banks 2. It is thought she has started filming on the
movie in London and Milton Keynes already. We're waiting for more news on this.

Anthony
Anderson will star opposite Frankie Muniz in the sequel to Agent
Cody Banks.
Shooting is scheduled to start next month in London.
The sequel will see Muniz's
title character go undercover as a
foreign-exchange student in England.
Friday 24th April 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
Frankie
Muniz has said that original co-star Hilary Duff will not be
returning for
the Agent Cody Banks sequel "There will be a new girl, of
course,"
he said at a recent awards ceremony. "It's James Bond!" Muniz added
that he hopes to follow in Bond's footsteps and do several films, all with
different love interests.
24th April 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
Kevin
Allen is in final negotiations to replace Harald Zwart as director for
Agent
Cody Banks 2. Zwart, who filmed the original and was also on board to
helm
sequel, stepped down recently because of budgetary concerns.
Wednesday 23rd April 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
The
Agent Cody Banks sequel has lost its director today with the news that Harald
Zwart has left the production. He had this to say "I have quit the project
because of budgetary disagreements between myself and the studio. I will let someone
else do the job of making a sequel. According to
Zwart, MGM's budget for
the sequel is $26 million ? a price tag the
director claims is too low. The
first film also had a budget of around
$25 million. As a director, I have
one area to defend and that is the quality of
the film. The studio, on the
other hand, is naturally enough concerned
about the figures. If the commercial
and the creative sides cannot
meet, I think it is best to abandon the whole
thing"
Monday 17th March 2003: Agent Cody Banks 2 Update:
The sequel to Agent
Cody Banks has been greenlit already with preproduction thought to be starting
in six weeks time. Frankie Muniz is thought to be getting a cool $5 million for
the sequel. MGM have hired Don Rhymer to pen the script with producer Dylan Sellers
and Director Harald Zwart returning.
