Thursday 15th June 2003: Anger Management Update:
Marisa Tomei has been talking about working with Adam Sandler and Jack
Nicholson in Anger Management, a comedy which sees her star as Sandler's
long-suffering girlfriend. “I just think the two of them is such an
outrageous idea,” she said. “To put these two guys together with their very
different careers and see what happens. What can you say? It's outrageous!
It was kind of frustrating to be the 'straight person'. I keep saying it was
a challenge to be so normal, it was a challenge to be so sweet. But it
wasn't a challenge to be in love with Adam and to play his girlfriend. That
came really easily. I really adore and respect him. He's so funny. My
character in this movie is more mature than other girlfriends he's had in
other movies, so I didn't want to be this kind of mother figure. I tried to
fight against that.”Anger Management goes on release in the UK on June 6th.

Monday 14th April 2003: Anger Management Update:
Scheduled for a June 6 release in the UK, comedy Anger Management enjoyed a blistering opening weekend in the U.S. The teaming of Adam Sandler and Jack
Nicholson not only shot to the top of the box office, but its $44.5 million
take was more than the rest of the top 12 films combined. It also scored the
highest debut of the year (beating Daredevil’s 40.3 million) and now ranks
as the biggest April debut ever, topping The Scorpion King’s $36.1 million
last year. Sandler stars as a mild-mannered guy tortured by his counselor
(Nicholson).

Monday 6th January 2003: Anger Management Update:Anger Management sees Adam Sandler returning to his mainstream comedy roots after last year's acclaimed Punchdrunk Love (which is still unreleased in the UK). Here he stars opposite Jack Nicholson in a rather interesting comedy directed by Peter Segal.Dave Buznik (Adam Sandler) is usually a mild-mannered, non-confrontational guy. But after an altercation aboard an airplane, he is remanded to the care of an anger management therapist, Dr. Buddy Rydell (Jack Nicholson), who could probably use some anger management himself.

14th July 2002: Anger Management Update:
Revolution Studios present Anger Management, a new comedy from Peter Segal (Tommy Boy, The Klumps: Nutty Professor II). Adam Sandler stars as Ray Buznik, a young business man who is ordered to go on an anger management course after being wrongly accused of a crime. Jack Nicholson plays his instructor, who himself has a serious anger problem. Also starring are Marisa Tomei as Sandler's girlfriend, Luis Guzman (Traffic) and Woody Harrelson, whose inolvement is unknown, although we do know that he dresses up as a woman in the film.
