the movie will focus on three visits. The first a visit to the past. Two school kids get to know each other, movies and fear in a catholic school in the sixties. Their literature teacher, a priest, is a witness and crucial part in their coming of age.. These two kids meet again once in the 70's and again in the 80's. Terrible things happen in between.

Monday 5th May 2003: Bad Education Update:
Sony Pictures Classics have picked up the rights to Pedro Almodovar's next movie Bad Education. The movie will star Gael Garcia Bernal, Fele Martinez and Daniel Gimenez Cacho, the story, taking place over several time periods, examines the effects of a religious education on the lives of two adult men. Almodovar's banner, El Deseo, is producing, with location shooting scheduled in Madrid, Eastern Spain and the northern territory of Galicia.

More details today on the film The Bad Education. One of the movie’s stars, Daniel Gimenez Cacho, says he’s willing to do love scenes with one of the other actors in the film, Gael Garcia Bernal. Cacho says the doing love scenes doesn’t worry him because he’s willing to do anything as an actor. Cacho also reveals some spoilers about the movie. He says his character will kill Gael.The Bad Education is a love affair between a priest a young seminarian.
