2004: The Barnyard Update:
Courteney Cox, Danny Glover, Sam Elliott and Wanda Sykes have
been added to the vocal cast of Steve Oedekerk's CGI-animated
comedy The Barnyard. The story centers on Otis suddenly being
placed in a position of responsibility around the barnyard,
forcing him to find the courage and confidence to be a leader.
Cox will voice the pregnant cow Daisy, Otis' love interest;
Glover voices Miles, an older and wiser mule; Elliott is on
board as Ben the cow, barnyard patriarch and Otis' father; and
Sykes is the voice of Bessy the cow, Daisy's protective friend.

Kevin James is to voice the lead role in Ace Ventura creator
Steve Oedekerk's The Barnyard, a CG animation from Omation Studios
with Paramount and Nickelodeon Movies. Steve Oedekerk is to
write, produce and direct the story of Otis the cow and his
misfit friends who play tricks on humans, sing, dance and party.
When Otis is suddenly placed in a position of responsibility
around the barnyard, he must find the courage and confidence
to be a leader.
