Wednesday 5th January 2005: Boogeyman:
Sony have launced the official
site for Ghost House Pictures' Boogeyman. The new site has
some great features including fan-submitted stories about the
Boogeyman, the origins of the legend, a "Count to Five"
game in which you must unscramble the letters before the Boogeyman
gets you, as well as an "Escape the Boogeyman" game
in which you must escape the house. The site also has movie
info, photos, downloads, and media. The horror stars Barry Watson,
Emily Deschanel, Skye McCole Bartusiak, and Lucy Lawless and
directed by Stephen Kay. February 4th is the release date.

17th July 2003: Boogeyman Update:
Lucy Lawless has signed up for a cameo appearance in Boogeyman
the low
budget horror that is currently filming in New Zealand. Also
added to the
cast are Tory Mussett and Skye McCole Bartusiak. The movie will
be
distributed by Screen Gems.
Wednesday
18th June 2003: Boogeyman Update:
Additions to the Boogeyman cast today with Emily Deschanel and
Barry
Watson. The movie is being produced by Screen Gems and Senator
International for Ghost House Pictures. The producers are Sam
Raimi and Rob
Tapert with Stephen Kay directing. Filming will start at the
end of month.
The script has been written by Eric Kripke, Juliet Snowdon and
Stiles
White.
Monday 9th June 2003: Boogeyman Update:
It has been announced that filming on Boogeyman will start in
New Zealand
in the next few weeks.
Friday 14th March 2003: Boogeyman Update:
Stephen Kay (Get Carter) has come aboard to direct Senator
International's
horror project Boogeyman for Ghost House Pictures. Production
is due to
begin in the spring in New Zealand. The film is described as
a classic
horror project about a young man traumatized by memories of
terrible events
in his childhood bedroom. Years later, he reluctantly returns
home to face
his fears.
Sunday
23rd February 2003: Boogeyman Update:
Shooting on this horror film, Boogeyman, kicks off this May
in New Zealand.
