Julia Stiles has revealed some details of her expanded role
in The Bourne Supremacy "I get to be interrogated by Joan
Allen, Jason Bourne is still sort of tormented mentally by his
experience working for the CIA. He's still on the run and the
CIA is tracking him down. But they think that I was in cahoots
with him because I'm the only one that survived when my boss,
played by Chris Cooper, died," she adds. "It's exciting
and I'm looking forward to it."
Monday 22nd December 2003 The Bourne Supremacy Update:
Tomas Arana and Tom Gallop have been added to the cast for The Bourne Supremacy. Arana plays the head of the CIA who oversees Joan Allen's character as she tries to find the elusive Jason Bourne. Gallop plays an agent who reports to Allen.

Principal photography has started on espionage thriller The Bourne Supremacy, with Matt Damon returning as trained assassin Jason Bourne. Damon heads a cast which includes Joan Allen, Brian Cox, Julia Stiles, Karl Urban and Franka Potente. The film, which is shooting on location in Germany, Russia and India, is scheduled for release by Universal Pictures in 2004.
Thursday 6th November 2003: The Bourne Supremacy Update:
Brian Cox has signed on to reprise his role in sequel The Bourne Supremacy.
Cox will again team up with Matt Damon and Franka Potente, along with Joan
Allen and Karl Urban.
Friday 31st October 2003: The Bourne Supremacy Update:
The Bourne Supremacy is set to start shooting near Berlin in the next few
weeks. Paul Greengrass' follow-up to the 2002 hit The Bourne Identity will
film in Berlin and other German locations through February after its shoot
in Russia.

Lord of the Rings star Karl Urban, who plays Eomer, is in talks to play Matt
Damon's nemesis in The Bourne Supremacy. The sequel to the hit 2002 film The
Bourne Identity, it’s expected to begin filming at the end of the year.

Joan Allen is in talks to star opposite Matt Damon in The Bourne Supremacy, the sequel to the hit 2002 film The Bourne Identity. The Universal Pictures project is expected to begin filming at year's end. Allen would portray CIA officer Helen Landy, a character who's tracking down Jason Bourne throughout much of the story.

Kathleen Kennedy has been talking about The Bourne Supremacy "We leave for Berlin to shoot in November with a script written by Tony Gilroy, who wrote the first movie. It's loosely based on the second book. Paul Greenway will direct. Well, I can tell you that the movie will take place in India, Berlin and Moscow. This film is really about Jason Bourne's internal struggle to find out exactly who he is."

It has been confirmed that Franka Potente has signed on for the The Bourne
Supremacy and the movie has had it's release date set as July 23rd 2004.

Producer Frank Marshall has been talking about The Bourne Supremacy and he
revealed the movie will be filmed in "Berlin, Moscow and India. It will be
totally different. The stories in all three books are very dated. It's
about the cold war and things that have all been resolved and are over

Universal are in talks with Paul Greengrass to direct The Bourne Supremacy. The script has been written by Tony Gilroy and it looks certain that Matt Damon will return with the movie being planned for filming at the end of the year. This time, the story centers on a Chinese vice premier supposedly slain by Bourne.

Universal Pictures has rehired The Bourne Identity scribe Tony Gilroy to
adapt Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Supremacy. In the second story, a Chinese
vice-premier has been slain by the legendary assassin Jason Bourne. Of
course, there is no Jason Bourne. The identity is simply a cover for the
CIA's David Webb. But with someone else assuming the Bourne identity, the
U.S. must find a way to avert an international diplomatic scandal that
imperils Sino-American peace.
 Thursday 30th January 2003: The Bourne Supremacy Update:
Matt Damon has been talking about the possibility of a sequel to The Bourne Identity "I never signed up for the second one when I signed up for the first one. But I'd do it if they had a good script. I want to make [a sequel] if we all set out thinking we can definitely make it better than the first. I'd say that's the only
reason to make it. I wouldn't do it just to kind of milk the cash cow.
If we could really pull it off and make it good, I'd do it, definitely."
Tuesday 3rd September 2002: The Bourne Indentity 2 Update:
Matt Damon has been speaking to Empire Online about his plans to so a sequel to The Bourne Identity. Robert Ludlum, whose novel the film was based on, wrote three books featuring Bourne.. Doug Liman has signed on to direct all three, but Damon says he's going to wait and see what the script is like, and then decide if he'll return to the role of Jason Bourne. The Bourne Identity is released in the UK on Friday (6th Sept).
