Rob Schiller ("The King of Queens") is making his film directorial debut on the independent "Cabrini Gardens." The romantic comedy focuses on a single mother who works as a paralegal at a prestigious law firm. She falls in love with the firm's rising star. At the same time, a case involving a snobby homeowners association falls into her lap. The screenplay was written by Darrel Taja, David Odom, and Breht Gardner.
