Cave Premise/Synopsis:
Will follow a group of expert cave explorers who go for a deep sea ocean dive to explore a cave. While on the expedition, the cave collapses, leaving the team stranded. By the time they are discovered, they have all mysteriously mutated into primeval beings.

Time for an old one, I know The Cave is set in a cave but has the PR been hiding the buzz for this movie in there as well? But when it stars Morris Chestnut and Cole Hauser, two names who haven't exactly screamed star, can you blame them? But when you consider that Hauser co-starred in Pitch Black and Chestnut in Confidence two superior genre movies then this might have the potential to cross over. No UK release date yet, but the US gets it on 8th April.

Cole Hauser has been signed up by Screen Gems and Lakeshore Entertainment to star in Cave. The script has been written by Michael Steinberg and will follow a group of expert cave explorers who go for a deep sea ocean dive to explore a cave. While on the expedition, the cave collapses, leaving the team stranded. By the time they are discovered, they have all mysteriously mutated into primeval beings. Directing is Bruce Hunt.
