Per Sullivan, Cheech Marin, Jake Busey, and M. Emmet Walsh also

The holiday comedy Skipping Christmas from Revolution Studios
recently lost the right to use it's title as it closely resembled
Surviving Christmas from DreamWorks. The MPAA also denied use
of John Grisham's Skipping Christmas so a new title has to be
decided before the film's release on November 24th.
