Thursday 3rd March 2005: Marilyn Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School Update:
Here's a couple if images from the Bobby Carlisle and Marisa Romei starring Marilyn Hotchkiss. This movie originally started out as a short by the writer and director Randall Miller back in 1995 before it got worked up into a full length movie. No release date set yet.

26th November 2004 D.E.B.S. Update:
I know what at least 50% of you are thinking out
there, chicks in schoolgirl uniforms! well wash your
mind out when I tell you that although D.E.B.S. may
at first look like mysognistic crap it was actually
written and directed by Angela Robinson and has been
playing steadily on the gay and lesbian film circuit
this last year. So what in hell is D.E.B.S. actually
going to be like? Well it's supposed to be about plaid-skirted
schoolgirls getting groomed by a secret government agency
to become the newest members of the elite national-defense
group, D.E.B.S.!!!
Sounds like a true cult favourite in the making doesn't
it? Catch it in the US on 28th January 2005.

Just received the following info "POWER
UP film grant produced D.E.B.S. the
short that premiered in Beverly Hills Nov
3, 2002.
Angela Robinson was hired to write for the L WORD starring Jennifer
Beals
for Showtime the next day. The short has been an official selection at
Sundance
2003, Berlin, won Planet Out Grand prize and will be available on
DVD in November
2003 on at www.power-up.net"
Tuesday 20th May 2003: The Academy Update:
News
reaches us that D.E.B.S. has been retitled The Academy. Also Jessica Beil has
dropped out of the project to be replaced by Jordana Brewster. The movie is being
written and directed by Angela Robinson and also stars Devon Aoki, Meagan Good,
Jill Ritchie and Michael Clarke Duncan.
Tuesday 13th May 2003: D.E.B.S. Update:
Sara
Foster and Jordana Brewster are to star in D.E.B.S., Screen Gems'
feature
version of Angela Robinson's comedy short which debuted at the 2003
Sundance
Film Festival. The film is about a quartet of high school girls
whose SAT
scores display an exceptional aptitude for lying, cheating and
killing, so
they are drafted to be secret agents. Meagan Good and Jill
Ritchie are the
other D.E.B.S. members, while Michael Clarke Duncan plays
the D.E.B.S. Academy
president. Robinson will direct from her own script.
