Jensen Ackles, Shannyn Sossamon, Dominique Swain and Bill Adler
have been signed up to star in Devour that is being directed
by David Winkler. The script has been written by Adam Gross,
Seth Gross and Roger Wilson and is being produced by Bigel/Mailer
Films. The movie is a psychological horror about a college student
who plays an online game in which players commit dangerous acts.

The Screen Gems thriller/horror Devour has set production dates
of May 3rd to June 7th at Bridge Studios in Burnaby. The film
is being directed by David Winkler (Finding Graceland) and produced
by Rob Cowan (At First Sight, Life as a House, The Shipping
News), Neil Moritz (The Fast and the Furious, XXX, Cruel Intentions),
Daniel Bigel (Empire, Two Girls and a Guy), Michael Mailer (Empire,
Two Girls and a Guy). The film is written by Adam Gross and
Seth Gross and the story is as follows: "JAKE CUMMINGS
and his friends have been playing a deadly game called The Pathway,
which spirals out of control and threatens a worldwide epidemic
of violence."
