Echo is a comic book that is being prepped for a movie over at Chris Lee Productions/ Dreamweave Studios. A script for a possible movie has been written by Asian pop video director succintly called Kaos.

Fox 2000 then bought the rights from Dreamweave with Jonathan Hung looking after the project, with Peter Kang in overall charge.
