Screenwriter David Benioff ("Troy") has been signed by Warner Bros. to write the script for the film "Ender's Game." Benioff will team with his writing partner, Dan Weiss, in close cooperation with Wolfgang Petersen, who is developing "Ender's Game" with the intent of directing it himself. The screenplay will be based on the Orson Scott Card's novels "Ender's Game" and "Ender's Shadow."

into a movie for director Wolfgang Petersen. The books
