James Franco ("Spiderman") and Jean Reno will star in Electric Entertainment's "Flyboys", a $60 million World War II drama. The drama shows the adventures of the Lafayette Escadrille, young American fighter pilots who volunteered for the French military before the U.S. entered WWI. David Ward rewrote a script originated by Phil Sears and Blake Evans. Tony Bill will direct, and Dean Devlin will produce with Marc Frydman. Principal photography is scheduled to start April 18 in the UK.
