Vin Diesel has been talking about Hannibal "If there's any film that I want to do above and beyond every other film, it's Hannibal." He's been training on Elephants already and he was asked if he had fell off "No, thank God, it's just me, in a Nike track suit, holding an elephant by the earflaps. They're so brilliant,temperamental and unpredictable."

Thursday 12th December 2002: Hannibal Update:
News reaches us today that work is continuing on apace on Vin Diesel's
planned movie based on Hannibal, the Carthaginian who crossed the alps to
take on the Romans, with the word that Revolution Studios have picked up
the rights to the novel by scotsman Ross Leckie called Hannibal for a cool
£300,000. Leckie had this to say about the movie "It's amazing that no
one's made a film of it already - it's a great story"

Vin Diesel has been talking about his role in the upcoming Hannibal movie "I do all these stupid little things that help to start plant seeds of characters, so this is the reminder that Hannibal is coming and that I'm going to have to go to a dark, dark place..." Hannibal is being produced by his own production company One Race and is being filmed before he shoots the XXX sequel.
