Friday 17th October 2003: Havoc Update:
Anne Hathaway and Bijou Phillips will topline Havoc for director Barbara
Kopple. Also joining the cast are Laura San Giacomo, Michael Biehn, Mike
Vogel, Joseph Gordon Levitt and Matt O'Leary. The music-driven tale, written
by Traffic scribe Stephen Gaghan, follows Allison (Hathaway) and Emily
(Phillips) on their journey from the safety of their affluent suburban homes
into East L.A., where they learn that even innocent actions can have the
most grave and critical consequences. Production is currently underway in
Los Angeles.

Samantha has just emailed in the following that Mandy Moore posted on her official site " "havoc" is scheduled for release in early 2004---i don't know the
exact date. my character, "allison" gets involved with some really bad people and she is forced to use her "street smarts" to survive."

Tuesday 25th February 2003: Havoc Update:
Director Barbara Kopple is in negotiations with Mandy Moore to star in Havoc. The movie is being developed by Mark Damon at MDP Worldwide. Also thought to be starring is Jena Malone. The movie will film this April in LA and will centre on a a gang of wealthy teens in Los Angeles who are confronted with the real-life gangster lifestyle they have long tried to emulate when they come face to face with a Latino drug-dealing gang.
