Friday 6th June 2003: Hollywood Homicide Update:
Josh Hartnett has revealed that he was left concussed after a car stunt went
wrong in his new film Hollywood Homicide. The actor says a stuntman drove
his vehicle into a fake cop car containing him and his co-star Harrison
Ford. The accident happened while shooting the movie in January. "It was
quite an accident,” said Hartnett in a recent radio interview. “Because we
didn't have airbags it was worse. I hit my head and got concussion and he
pulled his groin. But it was this stunt driver, who will obviously remain
nameless, did something completely different from the rehearsal take, and
basically slammed right into us."

24th April 2003: Hollywood Homicide Update:
Are the makers of Hollywood Homicide feeling a bit jittery? Rumours are
circulating that test audiences are unsure whether the movie is a comedy or
an action movie. Part of the reason for the confusion is Ford's character
is a cop who also sells real estate and Hartnetts character is a cop who
also teaches yoga. The word is that Sony are planning some reshoots and
edits to fix the problems. Personally I would have thought it was possible
for a movie to be an action movie and a comedy. It is not thought that the
movie will have its release date changed.

Monday 24th February 2003: Hollywood Homicide Update:
Some plot information has been revealed for Hollywood Homicide. During the filming of his summer flick Hollywood Homicide, Hartnett crashed a car into a barrier. His passenger was none other than Harrison Ford. "They were both banged up a little but Harrison put everyone at ease," says Ron Shelton who wrote and directed Hollywood Homicide. "People were trying to tell (Harrison) that Josh had missed his mark and that's why he hit the barrier. "Harrison said it's because he's young and has a heavy foot. "Harrison and Josh play cops who are investigating a murder in the rap music community in L.A. The running joke in the movie is that they each have a second job to support themselves. "Harrison is a real estate broker and Josh is a yoga instructor who wants to be an actor."There's a great moment where Harrison and Josh are investigating a murder and Harrison realizes this means the victim's property will become choice real estate."

Monday 3rd February 2003: Hollywood Homicide Update:
Isaiah Washington has been revealing some information about Hollywood Homicide and how Harrison Ford 'convinced' him to do his own stunts "He forced me to do a lot of my own stunts because he did them."

And so the preview images just keep on coming, this time it's the turn of Columbia courtesy of those nice people at Joblo.com. Joblo has literally posted a huge batch of pics from most of Columbia's upcoming movies for 2003.

It sounds like a low budget TV cop series, but Hollywood Homicide teams Harrison Ford opposite heart-throb Josh Hartnett as veteran and rookie partners investigating the murder of a rap-group.

Ron Shelton, the writer and director of Bull Durham and White Men Can't Jump, now brings audiences a gritty action-comedy starring Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett, as unconventional L.A. homicide detectives. Joe Gavilan (Ford) is the seasoned veteran charged with showing K.C. Calden (Hartnett) the ropes, while investigating the gangland style murder of a rap group.
