Here's a bunch of new images for the Emilie Hirsch and Sigourney Weaver starring Imaginary Heroes. The movie is getting a wide release in the US on 4th February 2005 and tells a dark tale of family whose eldest son commits suicide.

Sony Pictures Classics are to distribute Imaginary Heroes written and directed by X2 writer Dan Harris.

Tuesday 5th August 2003: Imaginary Heroes Update:
Jeff Daniels and Kip Pardue have joined Sigourney Weaver and Emile Hirsch in
indie movie Imaginary Heroes for director Dan Harris. Production is
scheduled to start on August 14 in New Jersey. The darkly comic drama
revolves around the secrets and lies of American families. It tells the
story of a four-member family and how they deal with the suicide of the
eldest son, an accomplished swimmer idolized by the community and his
parents as being the "perfect boy" (Pardue). Daniels will star as the
father, with Weaver playing the mother and Hirsch the youngest son.

Thursday 31st July 2003: Imaginary Heroes Update:
Writer/Director Dan Harris has signed up Emilie Hirsch and Sigourney Weaver
to star in Imaginary Heroes. The movie follows a young man who must deal
with the death of his older brother.
