Premise/Synopsis:
Follows a man, who's lineage was cursed by a 1600s witch to marry the wrong woman. The witch returns in present day to curse the current man only to fall in love with him, much to the dismay of her witchy family.

Director Danny De Vito has been signed up by Cruise/Wagner productions to direct I Married A Witch. The movie is a remake of the 1942 original with the script being written by Michael Leeson. The project is being developed at Columbia Pictures. It is not yet known if Tom Cruise will take the lead role.
