Jon Sable, Freelance is a comic book character created by Mike Grell. Jon Sable is an African game hunter who carries out mercenar activities and writes children's books. Oh and he was an Olympian and a war vet too! A movie is rumoured to be in the works and producing it is Gene Simmons. Yes, that is correct Gene Simmons of Kiss.

Steven De Souza is thought to be writing the script for the movie, so expect lashings upon lashings of cliches from the writer of such original fare as Street Fighter.

Also thought to be producing are Chris Dubrow and Moritz Borman.
