14th December 2004: The Kid & I:
Arnold Schwarzenegger will make a return to the big screen next
year for a cameo in Tom Arnold's The Kid & I. Former co-stars
Linda Hamilton and Jamie Lee Curtis will also put in appearances.
Penelope Spheeris will direct the project which stars newcomer
Eric Gores as Aaron Roman, a 17-year-old with cerebral palsy
who dreams of being in an action movie. His wealthy entrepreneur
father (Joe Mantegna) tells Aaron he can have anything he wants
for his 18th birthday, only to have to hustle to get the movie
made. Arnold stars as an out-of-work actor who collaborates
with Aaron on the new project. Shannon Elizabeth will play Aaron's
stepmother with Hamilton the ex-wife of Arnold's character.
Richard Edson rounds out the cast as a homeless man-turned-assistant.
