Monday 9th August 2004: The Killer's Game Update:
Paramount Pictures have optioned The Killer's Game, an action thriller is set in the world of expert assassins. Also known as Godforsaken the story by Rand Ravich, based on Jay Bonansinga's novel, centers on an assassin who decides to go out in a blaze of glory and takes out a contract on himself but then decides he'd rather remain alive and must match skills with an array of hired hitmen. Fantastic Four writer Simon Kinberg is to carry out the next draft.

Wednesday 17th July 2003: The Killer's Game Update:
Renny Harlin is in talks to direct action comedy The Killer's Game. The
project, previously titled Godforsaken, aims to go into production in Europe
this autumn. Based on Jay Bonansinga's novel, the film is about a burned-out
assassin who takes a hit out on himself. But after learning he is about to
become a father, the protagonist must evade an assortment of world-class
assassins while on the run across Europe with his girlfriend.
