Monday 12th January 2004: Love Actually Update:
Love Actually has had a small scene removed for it's British Airways in flight showings, and all because it mentions September 11th. Here's the scene as spoken in the movie by Hugh Grant "'Terrible events', "When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know, none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge. "They were messages of love." Think there is anyone on the planet who needs protecting like this, nope me neither.

Wednesday 3rd December 2003: Love Actually Update:
Looks like Bill Nighy's corny rendition of the Trogss classic Love Is All Around is splitting the opinions of the other stars of the movie. Alan Rickman said: "I wouldn't be listening to a radio station that played that." And Colin Firth added: "Past the first listen I don't think I'd spend a lot of time with it. It's designed to hurt the eardrums." But co-stars Emma Thompson and Laura Linley both declared they'd play the song "from the rooftops" if it came on the radio.

Monday 3rd November 2003: Love Actually Update:
Hugh Grant has been talking about the disgusting humour between himself, Billy Bob Thornton and Martine McCutcheon during filming for Love Actually "Billy Bob and I got on very well because he's pervy and depraved. I don't think he would mind me saying that. It's common knowledge. And Martine is equally filthy in many ways. So filthy that I found myself in the very rare position of being almost shocked by her. I became the stuffy one. She actually called me Starchy! I was distressed at just how good Martine was - I was frightened that she was going to outshine me. I think she's a film star. Definitely."

Wednesday 22nd October 2003: Love Actually Update:
Martine McCutcheon has been talking about her role in Richard Curtis’
upcoming comedy Love Actually, confessing that she, shock horror, used her
tongue during kissing scenes with Hugh Grant. "I thought I would go for a
bit of method acting," she explains. In the film, McCutcheon plays a Downing
Street tea lady who attracts the amorous attention of the new Prime
Minister, played by Grant. "I have to say it was an honour to kiss Mr
Grant,” she goes on. “I had to go again on numerous occasions because I
didn't quite feel I had got the moment right. There were tongues on some
takes, when the director asks for tongues, you must give the director
tongues," she jokes, adding that the film was probably her proudest moment
as an actress. "Richard Curtis wrote the part for me. He said they were
trying to think of the girl that was real but was beautiful enough for the
Prime Minister to fall in love with. I was kind of speechless."

Monday 20th October 2003: Love Actually Update:
