superstar Christina Aguilera has reportedly landed a
starring role
in a romantic comedy with Sean Connery. Magic Isle will
see the American
songstress play a drama student who falls in love with
a fellow thespian
when she moves to Scotland. The low-budget production
will be made by the
company behind box office hit Billy Elliot. Aguilera
says she is confident
about filming her first movie role, but adds: "My
worst nightmare would be
for it to be a flop at the box office."
