Director Geoffrey Wright has been signed up to direct Nightfall. The movie is being produced by Spice Factory and Mushroom Pictures. The movie will follow a group of backpackers terrorized by an alien.

Thursday 11th March 2004: Nightfall Update:
Writer Michael Stokes has had his script Nightfall picked up by Matinee Pictures for development. The movie centres on two best mates who snatch a woman who turns out to be a vampire queen. The she vamp's authenticity is questioned by the kidnappers until her vampire legion sets out to get her back. Production is thought to be scheduled for later this year.
