The film stars Tom Wilkinson, Nick Stahl, Selma Blair, Frances Fisher, Janine Turner and Geri Jewell. The movie follows a Dallas power broker, whose life is falling apart, on a penniless night with his daughter's punk rocker boyfriend.

Friday 3rd June 2005: Movie News: The Night of the White Pants: Item Posted by: Loretta Francis: Nick Stahl ("Sin City"), Amanda Peet, Janine Turner ("Northern Exposure"), and Tom Wilkinson ("In the Bedroom") will star in the independent HD feature "The Night of the White Pants." In the film, wealthy businessman Max Hagan (Wilkinson) has hit some hard times, but his situation worsens when his grasping soon-to-be ex throws him out of his house without a penny in his pocket. Max finds a new ally in Raff (Stahl), his daughter Beth's boyfriend, whom he has unjustly dismissed as a ne'er-do-well. During a wild evening on the town with Raff and his wild rock chick friend Felicia, Max gets his priorities straightened out and finally reconnects with his family. Amy Talkington will make her feature directorial debut on the project, which starts filming in Dallas, Texas on June 24.
