Another set report today from The Notebook " after 3 long nights filming a carnival scene, The Notebook wrapped at approximately 4:30 this morning (Feb 27th). The first two nights were extremely cold and last night was extremely wet. It'll be interesting to see how they digitally remove the rain. Either that or it's going to be raining while Allie is on the bumper cars and then all of a sudden as they're getting off the bumper cars, the rain has stopped and there's not any puddles anywhere." Thanks to Holly!

Just received the following set report for The Notebook "I s Saw filming of a scene involving old Ford Model T cars driving down one of thestreets. People crossing the street and looking down the road as if something was happening. Also, a scene involving an old theater. I stayed in one of the "home" hotels for the cast and crew (The Mills House Hotel). The "big" stars were staying in private homes and condo's." Thanks to Vicki!

Monday 24th February 2003: The Notebook Update:
Just received an email from a swing dancer that had a role in The Notebook "It was A lot of fun. Joan & David are incredible people. Obba Babatunde' is in this movie. He has been in Dorothy Dandridge, Life, Bourne Identity, and a lot of other movies. I have a swing solo with him in the movie and he was A LOT of fun. Most of the movie is set in the 1940s so the costumes, set, and hair is incredible. It's a love story about two teenagers who fall in love and eventually get married. The filming was completed on the 18th February." Thanks to Kelle!
