David Duchovny will star in "Parallel", a metaphysical drama written by Josh Boone. The story revolves around two strangers who are haunted by a recurring dream of a door at the bottom of a lake. They discover that they are in a parallel universe where all of their dreams and fears have become a reality. Melanie Greene Productions acquired the script, and Melanie Greene and Richard Murphy will produce. Jory Weitz will executive produce. Josh Boone will make his feature film directorial debut.
