Bob Thornton will star in a feature film adaptation
of "Peace Like a River," a Warner
Bros. project. Based on the book by Leif Enger,
it is a tale of loyalty and revenge that centers
on an American family who gets into a deadly
spat with some neighborhood thugs. Kathy McWorter
wrote the screenplay. Brad Pitt will produce
for Plan B, with David Brown and Kit Golden
producing through their Manhattan Project shingle.
Plan B's Kristin Hahn will serve as the executive
producer, and Alicia Sams is the co-producer.
