Star Wars star Hayden Christensen is in talks to star opposite
Christina Ricci and Reese Witherspoon in Penelope,
the story of a young woman born with the face of a pig who must break a family curse and find true love in the process.
The script was written by Leslie Caveny the film is being directed by Mark Palansky.

Ricci has been signed up to star in Penelope.
The movie is being produced by Reese Witherspoon
(who is alos taking a supporting role) via her
production co. Type A Films, who are developing
with Stone Village Pictures. The movie is being
directed by Mark Palansky and written by Leslie
Caveny and will follow a woman under a curse
who tries to end a lifelong string of bad luck.
