Mimi Rogers and Rachel Miner have been signed up to star in Penny Dreadful for Brandes Films, International, Inc. Based on a script by Diane Doniol Valcroze and Arthur Flam, the film follows a young woman who goes on a therapeutic retreat with her psychologist to overcome her many phobias, including a fear of cars. She finds herself trapped in a situation where her worst nightmares come true.
