Toronto, Canada. Most of
the filming has been taking place at the
Underground Pub and will continue
until 27th June.

recevied the following info on The Prince and the Freshman " It's not being
shot in Prague exclusively. About half of the film is being shot in Toronto, and
half in Prague with the first half being shot in Toronto. Principal photography

Prague continues
to be the destination for filming movies with the news that Paramount are taking
the production of The Prince and the Freshman there.Lions Gate Films and Sobini
Films, the production outfit headed by Tristar Pictures founder and ex-chief executive
Mark Amin, share co-production credits on the film in which Stiles plays an American
college student who unknowingly falls in love with a British prince played by
British TV actor Luke Mably.
Monday 21st April 2003: The Prince and the Freshman Update:
Actor Luke
Mably has signed up to star alongside Julia Stiles in The Prince and the Freshman.
He will play the Prince of the title. The movie is being directed by Martha Coolidge
and produced by Paramount/Lions Gate.

(crap UK soap) actor Guy Leith who played Gary Nesbitt is being considered for

Julia Stiles has
signed up to star in a movie for Paramount/Lions Gate to be called The Prince
and the Freshman. The movie has been written by Katherine Fugate and will be directed
by Martha Cooldige. Production is planned for March next year. The Prince and
the Freshman who tell the tale of a a female student at a Midwestern university
who has the dubious fortune to fall in love with a European prince who is spending
the semester incognito.
