Tuesday
14th December 2004 Robots Update:
I was originally quite intrigued about the idea of Robots,
Ewan McGregor usually has quite a good nose for choosing the
right project (who said Star Wars wasn't? You'd have done it
as well). But then the trailer came and a certain loudmouth
american comic called Robin Williams just happended along and
smeared his annoying schtick all over it just like he did with
Aladdin and ruined any interest I might have had in seeing it.
Still it's got the voices of Mel Brooks, Paul Giamatti, Greg
Kinnear and Halle Berry to make up for it so so just never know.
US release on 11th March and UK on 18th March.

Ice Age director Chris Wedge has signed a five-year, multi-picture
exclusive
