2005: Sin City Update:
Ok, it's just another comic book adaptation, but this sure
as hell looks like it is going to be the first comic book movie
that tries and bust out of the standard super hero nonsense
and shows just how much potential the comic genre really has.
One criticism I can see ahead for Sin City is the mysognistic
way that Frank Miller did treat the female characters in the
books, as they were little other than beatiful eye candy. If
Robert Rodriguez changes that then this could be the first good
movie from Rodriguez in years, especially after that crap that
was Once Upon a Time in Mexico.
