be filming in NYC for three weeks starting on the 28th June.

Jennifer Garner has been talking about her upcoming movie
13 Going on 30 ""Well,
this young girl at age 13 is so dissatisfied with her life.
She is at her 13th birthday party and is kind of dissed by
people that she would hope to be popular with. She makes a
wish, of course, to be older and to be someone else. Suddenly,
she wakes up in her apartment and she is 30. It is very reminiscent
of what we know of as Big".

casting news on 13 Going on 30 today with word that Judy Greer,
Phil
Reeves, Andy Serkis and Samuel Ball have completed the cast
of the movie
that will star Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo. The movie
is being
directed by Gary Winick, written by Josh Goldsmith, Cathy
Yuspa and Niels
Muller. Filming has started in Los Angeles, with Columbia
planning to
release the movie next Spring.
Friday 21st March 2003: 13 Going on 30 Update:
Director Gary Winnick has signed up Andy Serkis and Samuel
Ball in 13 Going on 30. The movie is being developed by Revolution
Studio's and follows a 13-year-old girl named Jenna who dreams
of being popular. During her birthday party, she plays the
kissing game Seven Minutes in the Closet. The game turns out
to be a humiliating experience for her, and she refuses to
come out of the closet. When she does emerge, she finds herself
five days shy of her 30th birthday. Andy Serkis will play
her boss and Samuel Ball her boyfriend, a New York Rangers
hockey player. Mark Ruffalo and Judy Greer also star.

Director Gary Winick has signed up Mark Ruffalo to star
alongside Jennifer Garner in 13 Going on 30 for Revolution
Studios. The script has been written by Josh Goldsmith and
Cathy Yuspa with rewrites by Rita Hsiao and Niels Mueller.
Filming will start in April in L.A.
