Thursday 18th November 2004: Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny update:
Tenacious D's Kyle Gass stated that he and Jack Black will bring their band to the big screen with shooting starting in May after the pair record new songs for the film which will also be their next album. Gass says. "It starts off as kind of how the D was formed. It goes into a quest for 'the pick,' a magical pick that will supposedly help us rock like the rock gods we so admire."

Friday 19th September 2003: Tenacious D Update:
An interview with Jack Black has appeared here revealing what the forthcoming movie will be about and it's entitled Tenacious D in Pic of Destiny. Looks like they want Meat Loaf to play Black's dad but let's hope that this isn't Jack's last!
