Hal Lieberman ("Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines") is producing the horror-suspense film "Vacancy", which was written by Mark L. Smith for Sony's Screen Gems. In the story, a young married couple becomes stranded at an isolated motel and find hidden video cameras in their room. They realize that unless they escape, they'll be the next victims of a snuff film. Production begins during late summer.
