Just received word that work is still underway and casting announcements may be made at the end of this year, with filming now being planned for Spring 2004.

6th October 2003: Venetian Heat Update:
Word reaches us that Venetian Heat has fell through due to funding
problems. No word as yet if and when the movie will ever get
made.

5th August 2003: Venetian Heat Update:
A bunch of info on Ventian Heat has just been sent
in " Just a little of bit of extra info here on who will
be behind the scenes. Most of them sound Italian and I'm sure
that the writer/director is the same guy who wrote and directed
the original stage version of Venetian Heat, which the film
is based on. Oh, and the entire plot is based on a true story
which was told to Claudio Macor by his Grandparents. Also, the
man who wrote the screen adaption for it, wrote Sweet Home Alabama.

Amber has just been in touch with the following update
to a project once known as Italian Heat "I just received
a newsletter from the James Marsters Official Site. I thought
you might want the latest news on his new movie. The things
said leave me to believe the title was changed to Venetian Heat.
It also lists off a few of the actors and their roles. These

Venetian Heat and he will play a "sinister officer who
