Warner Bros. Pictures has acquired an unpublished
British book called "Yes Man" for
David Heyman (the "Harry Potter" films)
to produce along with Jack Black and Mike White,
who will produce through their Black and White
production company. The memoir tells the story
of what happened to Wallace after an encounter
with a mystery character on a late-night bus,
when he started saying yes to everything. As
a result, he was able to find romance and happiness.
David Iserson has been hired to adapt the book,
which will be published by Simon Spotlight Entertainment
in the U.S. this summer. It was written by Danny
Wallace.
