Carsey-Werner Films is financing and producing the comedy "You Are Going to Prison", which is set to star Dax Shepard ("Without a Paddle") and Will Arnett ("Arrested Development"). The buddy comedy is based on the book by Jim Hogshire and follows a career criminal and a self-absorbed rich guy forced to share a cell in a maximum-security prison. Bob Odenkirk is directing.
