Thursday 27th November 2003: Young Adam Update:
Ewan McGregor has been talking about the decision to remove the scene where he (yet again) shows his member in Young Adam for the US release. "If you want to see my penis, you'll have to fly to Britain. If I'd blown away 5,000 people with a semiautomatic machine gun, that would be fine. But I showed my penis. It does amuse me, the horrific violence that comes out of American cinema. But someone's **** is too much."

5th September 2003: Young Adam Update:
Ewan Mcgregor's latest movie has upset the US censors, who
have deemed Young
Adam to be somewhat offensive. As a result, a full frontal
shot of a naked
Ewan Mcgregor is set to end up on the cutting room floor.
The film is due to
be released in the UK on September 26 with every moment of
McGregor's
performance left intact.

19th June 2003: Young Adam Update:
Young Adam that stars Ewan McGregor, Tilda Swinton and Emily
Mortimer has
been passed as an 18 for it's UK release. It was feared that
the censors
may require heavy cuts due to the explicit sex, with McGregor,
as he is
wont to do so at the drop of a hat, having everything on show.
The movie is
now being scheduled for a September UK release.

 Wednesday
26th February 2003: Young Adam Update:
Looks like Young Adam that stars Ewan McGregor will fall
foul of the censors with its kinky sex scenes. The scene in
question that might cause the trouble is a sex scene that
will involve a spoon. And no I have no idea how they used
it. I really don't want to know.
