Tuesday 12th November 2002: Maid In Manhatten Update

Jennifer Lopez stars opposite Ralph Fiennes in the New York set romantic comedy Maid In Manhatten. The film sees Lopez as a single mother from the Bronx who happens to work in a plush Manhatten hotel as a maid. She bumps into Christopher Hall (Fiennes), a handsome, heir to an American political dynasty who is in New York for just one week. Through a case of mistaken identity, they fall for one another, but will he feel the same for her when he finds out that she is just a hotel chambermaid? The film is directed by Wayne Wang (Smoke, Blue In The Face) from a screenplay by the one and only John Hughes (Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Home Alone).
