The top ten grossing films of 2002 have been revealed. Top of the list is Spider-Man, the summers mega-hit that pulled in $400 million, followed by Star Wars: Episode II - Attack Of The Clones that made $310 million. Harry Potter and the Chamber Of Secrets fills the third position despite only being released in November. Even more surprising is to see The Two Towers at number seven with $200 million in box-office receipts even though the film has only been on general release for two weeks. Undoubtedly the years biggest success story was My Big Fat Greek Wedding, an independent film with no big name cast which cost just $5 million to make, but pulled in $218 million.
